Carol Bower

During her school years, Carol belonged to the choir and Debating Society and also took part in plays and musicals. She vividly remembers "Orpheus in The Underworld" where her love of theatre was born!

During her years as a teacher, Carol produced plays and poetry concerts with the children most years and once retired, helped to run the Hunstanton Pantomine as well as taking a number of roles on stage, for nearly a decade.

More recently as Mayor of Hunstanton and later of King's Lynn and West Norfolk, Carol made speeches as required in a variety of scenarios.
