Lorna grew up in Jamaica and got into Am Dram at an early age. Her first appearance on stage was as John the Baptist in a school play and after leaving school, she joined a local theatre group and did a variety of plays
English, American and Jamaican. Lorna became a member of the Kings Lynn Players once in England, doing a number of plays and musicals and later, took part in several One Act Festival Plays at Hunstanton, collecting 2 award cups along the way, even directing two Festival plays along the way. Lorna joined the Princess Players in Hunstanton doing plays and Festival plays and took part in Stepping Out and The Crucible with the Players at Watlington.
Lorna has been a committee member of the Hunstanton One-Act Drama Festival for the past few years, but that hasn't stopped her continuing to tread the boards in her spare time, taking part in The Accused with the Kings Lynn Players in 2023. Who knows what 2024 will bring!
